Battery health guaranteed
Excellent means 90% or better, Good means 85% or better. Below that we fit a new battery before it goes on the shelf.

Covers the phone and any repair we do. New phones carry the full manufacturer warranty.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? Bring it back within 14 days in the condition we sold it for a full refund.

Are your phones unlocked?
Yes. Every phone we sell is unlocked and works on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and the prepaid carriers that use their networks. We check the carrier lock and IMEI on every unit.
What does Certified Pre-Owned mean here?
The phone went through our 40-point bench test, the battery meets the health threshold for its grade, any worn part was replaced, and it comes with a written 90-day warranty.
How does the iPhone 18 Pro reservation work?
You pay a $100 deposit online and tell us the color and storage you want. We confirm by text, and on launch day you pay the balance at Apple's retail price in the shop. The deposit is refundable any time before pickup.
Can I trade in my old phone toward a purchase?
Yes. Bring it with you and we check it on the spot. The offer comes off your total, or we pay you cash if you are not buying anything.
Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No. Walk in any time we are open. Booking ahead means the part is on the bench when you arrive, which matters for less common models.
What if something goes wrong after I buy?
Bring it back. Pre-owned phones and repairs carry a 90-day warranty, and you have 14 days to return a phone for a full refund.
